Hey @ilgrosso, isn't this one covered by clause 5, cause it's such a trivial change:

While small contributions to Apache projects are made under clause 5 of the Apache-2.0 license, all project maintainers of, as well as contributors of any large contributions to, any Apache projects must complete, sign, and submit via email an Individual Contributor License Agreement (ICLA).

the typo change is definitely trivial (and was already fixed by a later commit, that's why I was asking above to merge).

The proposal to add new GH workflow is not, especially because it will likely require to ask ASF infra to authorize italia/publiccode-parser-action
